Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability and goods-in-transit insurance on every job, and we are happy to provide certificates before work begins.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes. Evenings, weekends and phased overnight work are all routine for us. Most office and data centre jobs happen outside business hours to keep disruption to zero.
What certificates do we get?
A data destruction certificate for every drive, waste transfer notes for recycled equipment, and a serial-level asset report covering the whole job.
Is there a minimum job size?
No. We handle everything from a single comms cabinet to multi-floor clearances. Smaller jobs are often combined with nearby collections to keep your cost down.
What happens to equipment with resale value?
It offsets your cost. We assess usable equipment during the survey and credit its resale value against the price of the job. Many clearances end up costing very little, and some pay for themselves.
