    Do you collect, or do I ship the equipment?

    Both. We offer free insured collection for volume sellers across the UK, and prepaid shipping for smaller lots. You choose whichever suits you.

    How quickly do I get paid?

    Once your equipment is received and verified we pay by bank transfer, typically within a few days rather than months.

    Do you buy faulty or older equipment?

    Often, yes. We buy working and faulty stock, and even end-of-life equipment usually has recycling value. Tell us what you have and we will let you know.

    Is my data safe when I sell to you?

    Yes. Every data-bearing device is wiped to recognised standards or destroyed, with certification available on request, so nothing of yours is ever left on a device we resell.
